Adventure mode is Out Now!

Hello,

today finally the new Adventure Mode update comes live. Thanks everyone with their help in beta-testing the version 1.1.

What is included in this Update

  • You can start a new game in Adventure mode, or convert your finished existing 'Campaign' game (as long as you finished the Final Scenario)

  • Same core in-game mechanics (combat, research and economy) as Campaign mode but different meta-game progression and high-level concept.

  • You do not ascend by reaching the end of the tech tree. Instead each game is played as a mini-scenario with its specific objectives (primary and secondary).

  • Scenarios are grouped into continuous series (called Chaos Worlds) - you keep the map tile upgrades, workshops and technologies between scenarios of a World.

  • You can control map resources and land shape via new powers

  • Completing a series of scenarios succesfully give you an extra progression reward and allows you to go back to you Home world.

  • Home world is your 'base' which you never restart or lose. It works as a sandbox but also affects your gameplay in other worlds.

  • There are new unique wonders and enemies exclusive to the Adventure mode Homeworld

  • New Lotus farming mechanism

  • New Lotus type - Jade lotus.

The current version of Adventure mode is about 20-30 hours of gameplay (to master the last available difficulty).
