Weapon Mastery

• You can now unlock weapon mastery as a soul power unlock. This unlocks the ability to level up your weapon skill for each weapon. Each level granting stronger effect while using said weapon. Weapon Mastery is tied to your soul so levels are not lost upon reincarnation. If you have opinions on anything regarding weapon mastery let me know!
