I can understand both positions: on one hand is factorio an active game where you have to fight and running arround, on the other hand it is nearly an idle game when you are deactivating the enemies. I'm playing the game for over 8 years now and I really like it, so whatever. If idle or not, the game is great and I'm having fun.
