Hard to know how to rate this game. Given it a +1 because I've found it fun and I think it has great potential to grow into something better.

I do agree that (at the time of writing this review) there are server capacity problems and occasional lag issues. It's a multiplayer game in the early stages of development and the balance is a little wacky. If the team you're placed on has hardly any active players, you're screwed. The dev is active and open to feedback though, which is good omen!
