So... it's ok, I guess, but unfortunately it's short and very superficial, which is a shame because I actually thought it was gonna be really good.
One thing I really don't like when it comes to upgrade trees is showing basically the same upgrade (let's say, persuade speed) multiple times under different names. I don't remember the exact names, but there are a lot of upgrades that do the same thing as others, and I'm like, "Wait, didn't I just upgrade persuade speed to 100%? There's another upgrade that does the same thing?"
Most of the upgrades just revolve around speeding things up. There's no real strategy, and at a certain point the economy gets a bit unbalanced and you can buy like 5 or 6 full upgrades (with all their tiers) in one go, so I didn't even stop to read what each one did.
The art is cool, the animations remind me of Papers, Please (aren't they basically the same animations?), and the atmosphere is great. However, the upgrade tree takes up like 60% of the screen and breaks the immersion for me.
Also, it's too clicky. Maybe holding the mouse button over an action would work better instead of requiring so many clicks.
So yeah, it has several issues, and it could become a good game if more time and effort are put into it, but for now it just feels like a simple demo/prototype.
