Uhm, no. It's just not for me.
Too many memes, like I didn't see the point. It never felt satisfying, it was just a lot of clicks on a button and random upgrades with random memes... There was a similar concept a few weeks ago I think, with a Youtube simulator, where you upload youtube videos and you get clicks and views and trying to make it go viral, here's sort of the same concept but uploading a game to itch.
I don't know who would find this amusing a game about memes, maybe 10-year-olds. I guess the dev was going for "it's so bad it's good" angle... I don't know, it's just not my cup of tea.
Edit: I'm surprised to see it's the same dev from Birch Depth and Helios Contract, two awesome games, but I think this one missed the mark unfortunately.
