It's a decent (but very short) prototype. However, I feel like the "incremental" aspect is a bit forced. At its core, this feels like a dungeon puzzle game, and the incremental element mostly boils down to increasing your power so you can unlock more puzzles. That doesn't really feel like a traditional incremental game.
Because of that, it feels like the game isn't fully committed to either direction. I'm not sure if you're still deciding whether you want to make a puzzle game or an incremental game, or if you're intentionally trying to blend the two genres to appeal to both audiences. If it's the latter, I'd be a little concerned that trying to satisfy both could end up leaving fans of each genre feeling like the game doesn't fully deliver on either experience.
That said, I enjoyed it as a puzzle game, and personally I don't think the incremental mechanics are necessary. I could easily see the progression coming from exploration instead (for instance, finding new abilities or tools as you advance through the dungeons) rather than having the player hold the left mouse button on a cube to farm resources. To me, that would feel more natural and would better support the exploration and puzzle-solving aspects of the game.
Of course, that's just my perspective. Overall, I think you've got a good foundation here.
Good luck with the project!
