Pretty awesome game. It only needs a proper tutorial.
For instance, I mostly relied on monsters to win the game, but I'm sure there's a better and faster strategy. Traps... I didn't find them very useful, but that's mostly because their mechanics aren't fully explained. For example, I assume that if you combine a laser trap with a vampire, the laser trap will make the adventurer bleed, allowing the vampire to deal 3x damage. Is that how it's supposed to be used? Do traps apply effects that make monsters stronger?
Also, I have to admit that I'm pretty uneducated when it comes to RPGs, so I'm not familiar with most of the terminology. The game seems to assume that we already know what every abbreviation means and what effect it has on the characters. I can assume that WIS is Wisdom and DEX is Dexterity, but I have no idea what CON, INT (Intelligence?), CHA, or DC mean. For most people, this might sound basic, but for players who aren't familiar with RPG jargon, these terms might not mean anything.
It's not just about explaining what the abbreviations mean, but also what effect they have on the adventurers. For example, I couldn't tell what level an adventurer had in Intelligence, so it was mostly random to me. I didn't know whether a trap with an INT requirement of 10 would be enough. The whole system was a bit confusing without a proper explanation.
I also didn't understand the dice. Why do I sometimes get one dice and other times get two? Why are some dice green while others are red? Again, this is probably obvious to RPG veterans, but for me, I could only guess what they meant.
So, overall, the game is pretty solid and fun. I'm sure more elements will be added, but please add a proper tutorial explaining the mechanics in detail.
Great job so far!
