It's an ok game, I had a bit of fun with it. The progression and machine design seemed a little off to me, but maybe I was doing something wrong.
Early/mid game, you unlock new machines by feeding food blocks into the hole. Only the number of food blocks seems to matter, not their value. So I optimized for delivering as many food blocks as possible, because you need to deliver something like 100k of them to unlock the final multiplier block. So build mines and use a ton of conveyors to avoid blocks getting clogged up due to the physics. This was a bit of a grind.
Along the way you unlock a +1 machine, splitters, accumulators, a X2 machine, and then finally the multiplier. The +1 machine, splitters, and accumulators are, as far as I can tell, not needed at all.
The obvious strategy (a tree of multipliers) is super easy to build and works great. You have room for a row of X2 blocks at the top, feeding into your multipliers.
At the top of the map, dig far enough to the right/left to get access to about 3 5-value mines on either side. Conveyor them into the center so they drop on your machines. The wonky physics will sort them into the machines just fine.
This outputs blocks with a value of 1e16.
