Guns 'n Goblins review

I really can't see anything very negative here. Game seems human made, is very charming, does what it says on the box. 2D fantasy sprites on a 3D world with realass guns. And fireballs that work as grenades. Ammo economy is engaging (Kill with knife for handgun ammo, kill passive fairies off in the distance for rifle ammo), combat feels cool and engaging, movement is a bit lacking but it seems as if the full game will have a couple more things (Double jump at least is confirmed, maybe a dash. Sprint is unlockable in the demo) I did find a bug, but it was mostly just visual. Gun gets stuck on aiming down sights mode, but it doesn't slow you down as if you were actually aiming. If anything it seems beneficial? Feels more accurate. You can kill your shops. Sometimes accidentally. You can just throw yourself into the water to reset them though.

It does seem like the XP points system isn't final, and will be a skill tree in the full game. I don't believe this will make the game a nodebuster-like, as guns, gun upgrades, ammo capacity and fort upgrades are all done physically at different shops and can all be done at your own pace. It seems like it will be a classic skill tree.

Please be a good full game. Also give me rifle ammo when I kill the NPC fairy.
