Let's just say it feels weird not knowing what's going on and still managed not to softlock myself. It's a prototype game about cutting trees, but there isn't really much going on. No factory upgrades to cut more trees per factory, no axes upgrade (only changing axes), not even a sell multiplier, just more wood for the axe. The land system makes no sense because it will never run out when you buy the auto tree filler upgrade. I don't think it even cost you any money after the upgrade fills the land. I guess trees can grow from thin air. The last buy option for factories and lands aren't well told but it's actually 10% of the requirement of the region (as of reviewing this). You can even go above the land and factory limit if you somehow bought and upgrade and it took you above the limit.
The only strategy here is to buy the auto tree filler, and if you can't afford it, refill trees and get a better axe and cut more trees until you do. Factories can come after you get axes, and lands come after everything else since.. why would you buy lands when trees magically appear anyway? It's also funnier that a million factories can cut the same 1000 trees from a tiny plot of land and still gives out a million logs. This game's got some balancing to do, and more feature are needed. Until then, a solid game to play for a few minutes at best because the gameplay loop (regions) are just higher numbers with no new features.
