It's fun, and the unique, bizarre animations are superb. It could use a few UX tweaks though: it isn't clear at a glance what upgrades have been purchased, one must check them all to be sure. There are several clicks associated with needless submenus, at least at the start the complexity doesn't warrant having them. The font styling is hard to read and everything is very dark. It isn't clear what the buttons do in the main view for all the LOREDs. I've found it impossible to manage the resource flows adeqautely, as it isn't clear what goes where and what everything's dependencies are.

Overall, with some usability tweaks this could easily be a 4/5.
