Barry's Time Adventures review
5

A breath of fresh air. It's well put-together with wit and charm to spare, all in a comfortable UI with just the right amount of stuff to do and a progression pace that keeps things interesting. Highly unconventional in how it handles resets and the whole time manipulation dynamic, there are still some concepts that require getting used to, like how automation works. Moving upgrades once set in the past is pointless, and there is no upside to select restart from anywhere else except the very start once 5x speed is unlocked. Overall it's a fun little narrative adventure/incremental game that has the player guessing what's about to happen next.
