Idle Arcana review

So, I was curious why such a polished looking game, that seems to have some style and quite a lot going on, judging by the screenshots, is so downvoted Even more curiously there's a single review under it and it is quite positive

Going into it, and I already see a red flag - "a limited time offer to get a 1000 crystals" As someone who enjoyed shitty gacha games on mobile in my time, I immediately see where this is going, but decide to hope for the better and proceed I'm immediately hit with a second "red flag" - the login wall Now, for me, not much of an issue, but I immediately understand why it's downvoted to hell, not a lot of people here want another useless email plug (me included, I'm simply more tolerable to it) I didn't spend much time playing, because it seems to be just like any other "idle rpg" game of the same type, but now with microtransactions, yaaay! My guess was correct - there is an "in-game shop" where you can purchase "rare currency" for real currency You can find many other games that are exactly same or better, and do not use exploitative mechanics for profit, on this very site Check out only expecting for your progress to be most likely sonic fast initially, and then slower than a snail crawl, because it's how all those games entice you to spend money By the way, in the shop there's an item that you need to buy for gems, aka real money or a ton of grind, to simply extend your offline time and payouts

If you want this game but good: aforementioned Melvor, Space Station Idle, and basically anything that suits your fancy in the rpg tag if UI isn't necessary to be similar Hope I saved some people like me some time, cheers

Oh, yeah, 2 stars because it's technically a game that you can play, and maybe even without spending money, just very painfully, so, there's that

Upd. Changed it to one star, and would give negatives if I could, because the dev of this thing seems to be shady and possibly asking people from discord to go here and try to outweigh the nonbelievers
