I remember playing a game by this creator a while ago that I enjoyed a good bit, flawed as it was. Seems they've completely stopped trying at this point though, judging by this game. It's not even really a game. More of a waiting sim. One of those, "repeatedly click upgrades when they change color to indicate you can afford them" games. And eventually you get an upgrade to auto-buy the last set of upgrades, and you do the same exact cycle again with a new set of upgrades. So it's fundamentally the same short, uninteresting game repeated...let's see, matter, unusual matter, exotic matter, dark matter...4 times. Oh, but every time you reach a new layer, it's slower than before, and each seems to require more and more clicks before you can automate, hundreds and cumulatively thousands of them...the last layer never gets automation nor reset unlike the others, but it also takes way too long to get through with nothing to do but wait while everything is automated. A long time. I quit after watching youtube on the side for a while when it was clear it was going to take an unreasonable amount of time to see the "end", got all but the last two achievements I think. If you want to play a game where you make zero decisions and are given the menial labor of just clicking the buttons that change color, I still wouldn't recommend this, because it gets less and less rewarding with each layer as it gets slower and slower. You effectively will be playing a worse version of the game with each layer, and the reward at the end is a lot of waiting with literally nothing to do. Not worth your time.
Edit: I did just notice this was a game jam game, not helped by the fact the game was given the "Finished" tag instead of "game jam", submitted an edit request for that. Still a bad game, everything I said stands.
