The gameplay loop is fine and fun for a while, but balance of the game does otherwise. The ascention mechanic means that all cars except the first car are useless, since all cars get reset to the same stats when ascending, and the first car is the cheapest. The later cars are not worth at all as they cost more per upgrade and does the same things as early cars.
