After 393 prestiges and all upgrades done I can confidently say there is never a point getting more than one single prestige point per run, because the max is two and takes ten times the time.

Once you hit the point you can hit prestige by just going on one delve the game is over, no more to see. Nothing awaits you at floor 15 which is the lowest floor reachable with 70 courage.
