Style over substance for sure. It's a drag and drop system to pair batteries and multipliers to generate power, but honestly a little clunky and half the battle is trial and error to figure it out. The art style is solid; it's just OK for the gameplay, but I really did like the style of the cassette cutscenes. The story is vague. There's effort with the style here, but as a game it's a breeze and kind of thin.
