Played the whole demo.

It's fun. It needs to have less of a linear progression though. While things do have a synergy, it doesn't feel like I'm making much real meaningful choices. Each building generally has 2 upgrades and they're the same basically for each. I'd love to see more variation.

The elephant in the room is it's obviously very inspired by Gnorp. But it didn't hold me in the same way.
