It's slick and polished, but the gameplay quickly becomes an endurance challenge of rapidly moving your mouse left and right until the difficulty outpaces your damage. Which earns you more currency, to let you do again, but for a longer duration.

I think I probably got close to beating it? But after a couple rounds in what felt like the "end game," I realized I likely had at least several more repetitive rounds to go, and I just quit. If you're going to have mindless gameplay, at least make it not require repetitive user input.

The dev is clearly competent/skilled, and this was a respectable effort for a jam game, but I feel they should leave the "gameplay" parts of this project here and move on, the premise isn't worth iterating further and they can do much better.
