It's hard to see and understand what's going on at first. The text is verbose and impossible to read clearly. Hovering over undiscernable heaps of grey-brown pixels with an autoclicker advances random things, sometimes.

Understanding how to create and place workers and what resources do is a matter of trial and error. Alchemy is a nonsensical mess initially. Needs a little refinement and a UX overhaul, some good effort definitely went into this. It's doing its own thing.
