I don't really get it. Hidden secrets? Reactive story?

Maybe it's because the story is in Cyrillic, but I could not find ANYTHING to interact with besides the main progression button and the shop items, which as far as I can tell, just stop the last "badge" Even though other things can be hovered over???

This is a copy of idle badger. If it did have that intrigue element, it'd at least be distinct, but it really doesn't.
