It's a good base game but it needs tweaking.
- It becomes too repetitive too soon. Like at 10 collectoin cards you already have nothing more to discover, the game is the same for the rest of your playthrough. And knowing that and seeing 10/123 is very discouraging because you know the rest of the game is just grind and grind...
- Points become useless after a while, mainly after you unlock the <0.8s draw speed. And if points are useless, special cards also become useless.
- Animations are annoying (mainly buying 5 more cards) luckily I found that the button is there, but invisible, so if I click the invisible button I can skip the animation. I'd just add a checkbox to "skip animation".
- PLEASE autosave when you unlock a new card, nobody wants to lose progress because they forgot to enter the options menu and press "save" before closing the game.
- If upgrades become meaningful, please add that I can buy them just by holding the mouse button. Clicking 200+ upgrades is not pleasant at all.
It's a very good base game and fun for a while. I think it needs a little more love, a lot more "user experience" focus and more elements and I'm sure it will be a great game.
