I love this game and have been going back to it each year for the past 7 years. The only gripe I have is that there needs to be more consistency with the mobile version, specifically an option to disable offline progress. Each time I open the app, either all my kittens are dead or all my storage is full with many years passed. I've found the best way to play is through the website because of this setting. I also wish the ui was smoother. Watching your numbers go up in a choppy way isn't really satisfying, but other than that the gameplay is great and it's not just a mindless clicker; it makes you think about your choices.
