I understand there is a big market for Pokemon games, so yes recommending the average gamer to give it a try.

However, I'm not interested in learning any Pokemon strategy, mechanics, interactions (like what type is my bug type getting smoked by? idk) which this game feels like you need in order to quickly progress and enjoy the game loop.

This is not for me and I really didn't have fun with this auto battler version of Pokemon.
