The game is pretty decent... Until you hit 1 million views. Up to that point, you will have been increasing your average video quality, likely for one of the next upgrades or in anticipation for the ones after them. I was personally trying to keep it up for the "Hire a 'professional' editor" upgrade, and, given that that upgrade requires 10 million views, you will also likely be waiting for that upgrade. Upon hitting 1 million views, your creativity resets back to zero and will not come back until you lower your average video quality to 4. Assuming you've been going for the upgrades and you're unaware this is a thing, your video quality is probably around or over 6.5 (the quality required for the editor upgrade). It took me 30+ zero quality videos to lower my quality far enough to get my creativity back and 40+ fourteen quality videos to get it back up enough to get the upgrade - not back to where I had it, to where I could get the upgrade. Said upgrade multiplies the productivity of the auto editor by 1.5 and the cost of it by 25, if you were curious, and it doesn't let you know the increase before hand or give you the option to go back to the less expensive one. Given that ideas take 60 seconds to generate and the zero quality videos went 6 at a time and the fourteen quality videos went 2 at a time, that's 25+ minutes wasted on just that setback, not counting the sleeping required between generating the ideas, that doesn't reward you nearly enough for that time wasted.

Along with the sudden required setback not being forewarned, you also aren't told what any of the upgrades do. In most games like this, this isn't an issue as upgrade = good number go up/bad number go down. In this game, however, some of your upgrades, namely the ones under analytics that requires a subscriber count, are bad and don't warn you that they're bad. After the first one, you kinda figure that out and can guess the others if you're familiar with YouTube, but you have no idea how good/bad these required upgrades are to your popularity factor, which affects your like/dislike ratio and how many ads you can put on your video and make money from while keeping the ratio good.

To summarize the issues with this game: nothing is explained, and sometimes bad things are just required to happen to you without any kind of warning.
