I'll leave the old review below but after playing longer I'm at a point where progress is behind rng and multi hour long grinds and I'm getting near to no tangible progress after multiple days. Game starts slow, hits a high point then teeters off pretty hard around e100 prestige currency.
[Old Review] Decent enough game but it is insanely slow to progress and rng plays into progression as well. Very much a play it actively a bit then let it sit for a while type of game. Progression does feel good at base tier.
Do wish the shop notifications I've toggled off would stay off on redraw(prestige) though since I don't like them on and it's annoying to toggle every thing off every redraw.
Will say most stats feel useless for a long time though because of how little you get even after I've been playing roughly a week most bonus stats are almost never doing anything (with them sitting at .5% to 2% trigger chance) and that does feel kinda bad, there's also scrolling tips that'll be like "this stat/effect is really good for tanky enemies" as if the player really has control over how much they get.
The first 5 stats though you do feel their growth much more so than the rest and they're the main stats that get you through the point of the game I'm up to, going from struggling to fight an enemy to one shotting it when you reach it during a run feels decent.
The different enemy tiers though feel odd, you unlock a small chance for rough drafts to show up immediately on first prestige but even if they do show up it'll take a while before you can beat them (some of which I stand no chance still), you also get the tier after rough to show up pretty quick but I still cannot beat any of the ones that have shown up for me so far because their stats are so high. Not sure how long the grind really is because there's like 2-3 or so more tiers and I can't even beat any tier 3s after a week.
But if you want something on the side that's a real slow burn it's pretty decent.
