I can see clear Mindustry inspiration here, and I love mindustry. Sadly, I don't think I can call this either incremental nor enjoyable in its current state. Granted, it's v0.0.2 and starts up with a "this isn't a demo, it's a prototype" disclaimer, but I'm working with what I'm given. Progression is very slow, menus are clunky, checking machines is very click heavy and expanding is both slow and tedious. The combat feels disconnected from the main factory loop and I just can't truly enjoy it, even as a proof of concept. Go play mindustry, though. It's free on itch.
