In this short 30~90 minute game, you start by manually completing each task with the simple click of a few buttons.

But don't worry! You'll quickly be able to automate everything.

Your objective is to click to begin ... and touch grass (pun intended). CBTG 0.3.0 ends when you unlock "MANAGE THE MINERS". This game is a demo of what will eventually be a much larger game. You must complete various tasks ranging from:

• Playing music
• Gathering wood
• Making silver coins
• Automating your tasks
• Watching annoying "ads"
• Defeating enemies
• Touching grass

But ultimately, you get to touch grass! Isn't that exciting?

Updates for CBTG 0.3.0

About 360 hours later, I have gone from 0.2.1 to 0.3.0. The main updates include:

• "Shinier" sprites, especially wood (used to be copper), silver, diamonds, and grass
• Rebalancing
• A simple tower defense station
• Grass as a multiplier to your income (max multiplier is 60)
• Offline Income

• Originally made in 10 days for Shovel Jam 2025 with the theme "Just get Started!"
• Short and Fun
• Starts with manual labor, but ends with automation
• Automation = Good = Touch Grass = Numbers go brrrrr = Victory!
• In the full game, prestige and ascension mechanics will very likely be included, making numbers actually go brrrrr
• Made using Godot 4
