Holy moly, a battle royale on your desktop! Starting with just a Hangolin, beat down enemy Critterbytes to collect their energy, an important resource for upgrading Hangolin, or buying new Critterbytes for your team, or purchasing some usable items, or obtaining some buffs to increase your combat prowess. There's lots of choice, so where's the best place to spend that Nature energy?

Critterbyte Royale is a hybrid idler/hack n slash game. If you fancy playing, take control of one of your Critterbytes and lay the smackdown on some enemies or place down your usable items for some handy benefits like healing or a poison bomb. But if you don't want to be involved, your Critterbytes will battle by themselves, so come back later and spend all the energy they picked up!

But it's not all about combat, you want to fill out your Critterbyte Catalog with one of each species. There's only a chance of downloading a defeated Critterbyte, so stick with it and cross your fingers when a rare Critterbyte appears. Or hoard energy to increase the chance of seeing rare monsters and the chance of getting a download when you knock them out!

Game Features

  • An idle/hack n slash combination. Let your Critterbytes fight for you, or get stuck in yourself

  • A large Skill Tree. Where is the best place to spend your energy? That's up to you!

  • 6 playable Critterbytes. One of each element with their own skills and evolution

  • 80 Critterbytes to download. It's gonna take a while to complete the Catalog
