Slider Quest is an almost-idle browser game. You set the agenda for the day and your hero follows it diligently, slaying monsters, selling loot, chatting with townsfolk, and resting up to get ready for the morrow. It was designed to let the player partake in the game while doing other things (like work, reading reddit, or attending Zoom meetings sans pants), much like an idle game, but to have a modicum of direction and control over your character and the world he lives in, unlike the majority of idle games. It's silly, sarcastic, and sometimes lewd. The technology is a decade out of date and the layout is terrible the best I could manage. No one should take this game seriously, but everyone should feel free to enjoy it.
