The Time Lord has DIED! Without him, the universe will remain timeless. As his apprentice you have to make time go right again! Are you up to the task?

Crank the Great Clock to synchronize it. The metronome hand determines the multiplication factor of your base increment crank strength. Synchronize the Great Clock and remove the temporal drift.
